Program: The client wanted to maintain the original location of the plumbing, make it ADA accessible for future “aging in place” lifestyles by adding a walk-in shower, and provide additional storage. Since this is the bathroom most used by guests, the aesthetic goal was to make it bold, modern, and eclectic to compliment the rest of the house.
Bathroom 2
Program: Create a relaxing spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub, additional storage, and a more functional vanity, overall creating a sanctuary filled with beauty and relaxation. Client requested to maximize the space, thereby relocating plumbing and layout. Aesthetic inspiration is Moroccan hammam.
